terms of service

by commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
any statement may be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

general terms

  • All commissioned works are digital copies only and will be sent via the email address provided.

  • All commissioned works are for personal use only. (unless commercial use is bought).

  • Please do not alter my artwork(s) in any ways. you are not allowed to claim my artwork as your own even if it is a paid commission !

  • I will not be held responsible if a client has read my t.o.s or not

  • I have the rights to turn down a commission

  • Terms of service may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • Please credit/tag me when you re-post the artwork.

commercial use

  • Normal: +80% when using art in a platform. (monetized, or with intention of monetization)

  • Extra: 3-5x the original price [might change] when using it as merchandise/product that will be sold.

payments

  • Payments will be done using paypal through Artistree.

  • For direct paypal payments- I will be sending an invoice after I have reviewed your order form. Please settle the payment within 3 days or your commission will be cancelled.

  • I accept 100% upfront or 50% upfront and 50% for sketch approval.

artistree fees

"During checkout, your clients pay a small platform fee; this lets us keep the site free for artists to use (and plant trees)!Artistree charges your clients a platform fee of 6.5%.If the price of the commission is less than $100, an extra $2.60 USD is added.Much of this fee is used to cover credit card fees, ensuring artists can get paid 100%! process

  • I will only start the commission after you have paid upfront (full/half).

  • Send as many references as needed (preferably images).

  • I will be communicating with you the progress through Instagram or Twitter DMs from time to time.

  • Only minor revisions are allowed after sketch approval.

turnaround-time

  • it may take me 1-3 weeks and a maximum of 1 month [this may also be subject to change depending on complexity].

refunds/cancellations

  • if invoice has not been settled at the given date.

  • if there hasn't been any progress for the past 1-3 months.

  • if i have an emergency to which i am unable to continue work.

  • if i have not started the piece yet.

-anything mentioned above is otherwise non-refundable.
